There is no additional cost to the customer when you request that your order is split, with stock items despatched with the remainder to follow. When items are either sold out our out of stock, we will inform you of this fact, via email and update your order information on Order Status. This is to allow you the oportunity to change your order before we despatch. In general we only debit your card for the items despatched. If however we are dertain of the fact that the back ordered items will be available in the near future, and the back order items total less than £7 in value, we may chrage for these along with your first despatch. If your back order items total more than £7 in value, these will only be charged to your card on depstch. Updated: 2013-01-19
