An order, or items forming part of an order may show the Status of AWAITING STOCK. This may be followed by an estimated time period for the delay. Please note that delay is only an estimation based on our order cycles, and the availability of stock with our suppliers. We cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond the estimated period. WE will however endeavour to keep you informes of additional delays.
When any items are AWAITING STOCK, we will place your order on hold awaiting these items. You will be informed of the delay by email. If we do not hear back from you, all goods will be despatched when available. If however you would like the stock items shipped now with the rest to follow, please let us know. You may wish to select a substitute item or even cancel the order.
There is no additional cost to you if we ship the order in several parts, provided the total order value exceeds £60.
Q - Why do you hold the order when items are not currently in stock?
A - We hold the order pending your instructions as the out of stock item may be of prime importance to you. For instance you may have ordered Sequins, pins, ribbons, and polystyrene shapes. If the shapes are out of stock, you would not be happy to receive, pins sequins and ribbons and nothing to stick them on, except possibly us. Updated: 2013-01-19
