| The more water the lighter the colour. Can be
diluted to a level of one part paint two parts water. |
| Either indoors or away from direct sunlight apply
a liberal application of paint either using a brush or a sponge. |
| Ensure that the fabric is wet. |
| Place the fabric on a flat dry surface such as a
vinyl tile. |
| flatten the cap as much as possible, making peaks
and hollows. |
| Apply a liberal application of Salt Crystals. |
| Allow the hat to dry in direct sunlight. This
will aid the process of the salt absorbing the paint. |
| Once dry you will have a superb Summer Sun Hat. |
