With a little bit of inspiration, card making can be rewarding and fun. We have collected together a selection of quick and simple hand made cards along with explanations on the use of techniques tools and accessories.

	Creasoft (funky foam squares) to give a raised effect
	Heart shaped cut outs from holographic paper

N.B

The coating on some Holographic card is very strong, and may break your Cassette Holder

Card Making Fig 3

	E-Z Rub on Transfer on acetate.
	Paint the sea and cloud effect using either Pebeo Vitrail Glass paint or Pebeo Porcelaine 150 Felt Pens.
	Affix the acetate inside an aperture card

	Gently sprayed with Hair Spray to seal.

Its a Boy matching Gift Tag using an eyelet in blue to allow ribbon to be threaded through the card, both decorative and functional.

Card making Fig10

	Quick and simple Birth Card using Peel Offs on an aperture card. The words BABY BOY were printed on an inkjet printer with a foam bear stuck to the card. The bear has a small ribbon and small gem punched from waste Holographic card or paper.

	Aribe� Bead Embroidery template KC115944/0003
	Impex Embroidery Beads
	E-Z Rub on Transfers Tea Cup Roses
	Happy Birthday Peel Off Stickers

Lay your Aribe� Template on the card and prick out the pattern using an Aribe Perforating Tool and Perforating Mat. Using a number 10 size needle thread your embroidery beads to the card. Apply E-Z Rub on Transfer and Peel Off Sticker.

A Best Wishes on your Christening card for a Baby Boy. Items used:

	1 A4 sheet of Blue Felt Finish card
	Blue gingham self adhesive ribbon
	Continuous ribbon teddy bears in pale blue.
	Christening Peel Off
	Silver booty
	Sticky back stones
	DMC Metallic thread
	Brenda Walton Punch

The Three punch outs were kept aside to make a Spirella Motif (see close up). 2 teddy bears were cut from the continuous teddy ribbon and stuck to the card using a sticky fixer. The teddy ribbon designs fit exactly into the punch holes.
