Under the United Kingdom's "Distance Selling
Regulations", you have
the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of
these items
within 7 days of delivery (Starting the day after delivery,
and not including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
- You are entitled to a full refund with no
financial penalty.
- Unfortunately, we regret that we
cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of
software products where the seal on the software has been
broken, and for perishable items such as Fresh Flowers.
Business to Business transactions are exempt .

To cancel your contract, please fill out the back of the
Invoice that accompanies your items, giving the reason for
the return as "Contract cancellation, or other
reason". Please package the relevant item securely and
send it to us with the Invoice so that we receive it within
14 working days (starting the day after delivery, and not
including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) of the
date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of
returning the goods
to us unless we delivered faulty, damaged or the incorrect

purchase, or entire purchase.
