You have the right to cancel your
order and receive a full refund for any item or
services, except for certain items such as Computer
Software where the protective seal has been opened, and
perishable items such as fresh flowers.
You may cancel your order by sending
or delivering to us a, fax or e-mail cancellation letter
at any time up to and including seven days (excluding
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after the day on
which you receive your purchase. For the purpose of

to Cancel your order, you must return to us at your
expense the item or items that you wish to return.

Security
Laine's use Secure Socket Layers (SSL 128bit encryption
) for the transfer of Sensitive
Personal information. Depending on your browser type and
settings you may see a Popup box informing you that you are
entering a secure server, and you will notice that http changes to htpps

Once your credit card details are passed, your payment is
authorized and the details are deleted. If you chose to open an
account, your name and address details are held on computer and a
recognition cookie left on your computer. This will save you
having to fill in address details on all future orders. You
have access to your details and these may be altered or
removed by you. Your credit card details are not kept. These
are deleted upon processing of your order. You can elect to
place an order without opening an account. In this event your
Address and Credit card details are deleted upon processing of
your order.
Order Fulfillment
You will receive an instant order acceptance
from our server on placing your order. Within two to three working says,
or a little longer over weekends/Public Holidays you will receive
an order confirmation, informing you of an anticipated dispatch date for
your complete order. Back
Order items will be sent within 28 days at Laine's expense. You
will only pay postage once per order. Certain items are not
available on back order. If this is the case we will inform you of
this fact with your order confirmation, allowing you to cancel the
order. All items on our Internet site are subject to availability,
we reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. EOE
accepted.
Payment Methods
Our online Secure Facility accepts payment
by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and PayPal. You may also elect to pay by
cheque. Please only send your cheque after availability has been
confirmed. Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of your cheque.
Please write your order number on the back of the cheque. You may
download order forms from our download site and Fax/Post/Telephone
your order.

Delivery of Goods
In Stock items are usually dispatched within 48hours. We will take all reasonable steps to deliver agreed back
order items within 28 days. Laine's will not be held liable for
failure to deliver within this time. If we are unable to deliver
within a reasonable time you will be informed by email and offered
the option to cancel the order and given a full refund. If the
customer is unable to accept delivery of goods. An alternative
delivery date may be arranged or a full refund offered.
For UK Mainland your goods should be
delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of despatch.
For European Union delivery please allow 8-10
working days from date of despatch.
If we are unable to deliver within these
times. We will inform you immediately to either arrange an
alternative delivery date or to arrange a refund.
Delivery Charges.
Delivery charges are from £3.50
for all UK orders. This covers Postage,
packaging and insurance. Certain heavy items, such as card, paper plastic
baubles, wax and clay will incur addition postage surcharges which will de
displayed at checkout.
UK back order items are sent at our
expense. There is no additional postage charged to the customer for
requesting your order to be split.
We do not Backorder items for
non UK delivery. Your order will be sent when complete.
Delivery charges are set at European Union From
£6 to £18(non paint) £25 (with paint).
Where a variable Postage and packaging rate applies, any charges above that shown on
your automatic confirmation email will be confirmed before processing of your order.
Prices
All prices are as seen and include VAT at the current rate. All Non European Union orders are subject to an administrative surcharge equal to the current UK VAT rate. All
Prices are in Pounds Sterling. Discounting may be applied. E&OE
