 | Pending - Your order has safely transferred
into our system and is waiting to be picked, or awaiting an
estimated delay on an item. |
 | Awaiting Authorisation / Despatch - Your
order has been picked and packed, but not yet charged to your credit
card. Please check the content of your order for the status of
individual items. |
 | Shipped - Items have been charged for and
shipped. |
 | Awaiting stock - There are items in your
order which are presently out of stock. As you may wish to now alter
your order we will place it on hold awaiting the out of stock items.
Shipping your order in one piece. If however you would prefer the in
stock items shipped now, and the others to follow, or to cancel or
substitute items please let us know. Shipping your order in several
parts will cost you no more than our standard UK postal rate. |
 | Back Ordered - Your in-stock items are now
ready to ship, with all out of stock items to follow. At this stage
your order has not been charged to your credit card. |
 | Part Shipment - Your in-stock items have now
shipped and all back order items will follow when available. You can
cancel your back order items by sending us an email. |
 | Outstanding items shipped - Some or all of
your back order items have been shipped. |
 | Cancelled - Your have
contacted us to cancel an order, or a duplicate was sent in error,
and has been cancelled. |
 | Unable to Authorise - We have been unable to
despatch your order as your card Provider has not authorised the
transaction. Usually this is the result of typographical error in
your card details. Simply visit order status and add your order to
your basket and proceed to checkout. This will send us an identical
order with your revised card details. For security reasons this is
the safest method. Please do not send card details on an email. |
 | Unable to ship - Certain items are marked as
UK shipping only. |
 | Duplicate Order - one or more similar orders have been
entered into the system, and we require confirmation of which order is to be
processed. |
 | Duplicate Order Deleted - One or more identical orders
have been entered into the system. Only one will be processed. |
 | Order Refund - Your entire order has been returned and
the full amount refunded to your credit or debit card account. |
 | Item Refund - Part of your order has been returned and
refunded to your credit or debit card account |
 | Transfer - Your order has been placed in our system
but the entire process failed to complete. Usually resulting in no email
confirmation message being sent. We have now completed the process and a
confirmation email has been sent |
