- Starting charge for UK Packet Post is £2.80. A reduced rate of £2.60 applies to certain light flat items.

the shipping country, and all available shipping methods and
rates available for your basket contents will be displayed.
- Small Items shipped Royal Mail Packet Post
- Orders over 2KG in weight will be shipped by
either Parcel Force 24/48 Hour, City link or TNT Express, depending on availability.
- Next Day Delivery is available depending on
stock availability, content restrictions and volume. Please also see notes below.
- Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of
your order after despatch
- Insurance - Your order is covered for loss or
damage. If your order fails to arrive within 10 days of
despatch, or arrives damaged please let us know as soon as
possible We will immediately arrange a replacement shipment.
Please note that all replacement orders for lost orders will
be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature on
receipt.
- If the despatch of your order is being delayed as
we await an item, and you wish all other items sent now, please
let us know via the helpdesk link
and we will send your order as items become available. There is no
additional charge for having your order shipped in this way..
- BFPO orders are welcome.
- Basic
Rate shipping insures your order against loss or damage in transit.
- Great
Britain includes England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Channel
Isles as well as BFPO. Please note that all Non European Union orders and orders
from the Channel Islands orders are subject to an administrative surcharge equal to the current UK VAT rate.
- Next Day Delivery is available on certain items,
subject to stock availability. Next Day delivery orders must be
placed before 3PM Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed after 3PM
will be despatched next day delivery the following day. Next Day
delivery must be placed before 9AM on Thursdays to be despatched
on the same day. Next Day delivery placed on Fridays up to 9PM
will be delivered on the Monday.
