How to Enamel using EFCOLOR Enamelling Powers.
Step 1
Clean the face of your metal disc with an
abrasive block or sandpaper
Step 2
Sprinkle evenly with enamelling powder to cover
Step 3
Lay object on the firing plate
Step4
Place in a pre-heated oven at 160 Deg C
Step 5
With the aid oven gloves or a wooden peg, remove
the item from the oven after 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 6
After cooling, clean the back of the object with
sandpaper or sanding block.
Step 7
Sprinkle enamelling powder evenly over the back.
Step 8
Lay the item on the Firing Stand.
For card makers and stampers. Try stamping with a clear
versamark stamp. Sprinkle on enamel powder, shaking off any excess and
heating with a heat gun. Gives a slightly raised enamelled effect. Best on
Glossy card.
Step 9
Place in a pre heated oven at 160 Deg C
Step 10
With the aid of a wooden peg or oven gloves
remove the firing stand from the oven.
Step 11
After cooling add jewellery pieces as desired.
